PROJECT
THE ENTERPRISE CENTRE
A new energy-efficient enterprise centre built to very high environmental standards will offer modern, professional facilities for small and start-up businesses, as well as more established enterprises. The building will be fully accessible, meaning fewer barriers to people turning their ideas into businesses and their passions into profit.

Separate to Town Deal funding, project partner Calder Valley Community Land Trust has partnered with Connect Housing to include 19 energy-efficient affordable rented homes, for those who live in Todmorden or have a connection to the town.
