Todmorden Tour Marks Milestone Moment In Town’s Transformation

Completion of the first project in the £17.5 million Todmorden Town Deal transformation has been marked by a special visit to the town by Government officials.

Works On New Bowling Pavilion & Restoration Of Bandstand Now Underway

The Town Deal is celebrating another milestone with building work now underway on the restoration of the Grade II Listed Bandstand and transformation of the Bowling Pavilion.

Todmorden Town Deal Board and Todmorden’s Hippodrome Theatre welcomed local MP Josh Fenton-Glynn to celebrate the launch of construction works at the community-owned theatre.

Contractors Appointed For Redevelopment of Todmorden’s Hippodrome Theatre

The Project at the Hippodrome aims to create a more accessible venue, with better rehearsal, exhibition, archive and performance spaces, and a more welcoming and fit for purpose foyer.

Todmorden Town Deal Project Update

Plans to refurbish the Riverside Centre in Todmorden will no longer progress as part of the Town Deal investment programme, with funding that would have been used reallocated to other projects in the programme.
